Homebrew Frogminer CFW Method, not working?

Hello, my name is Edwin, but you may call me Froggy. Recently, I have been trying to get CFW on my 11.9 "OLD" 2DS using the Frogminer method. Everything went smoothly in that regard until I got to Installing Boot9Strap. It seem like it is installing since it says "Installing 4/4mbs" before proclaiming it is done. But when I reboot the system to check if it will boot into the (Luma3DS) Boot.Firm on my SD Card. It just boots like nothing was ever installed. If I go back to the installer, it also acts like nothing was ever installed. (No option to restore to default)

I have tried troubleshoot the problem with a combination of other suggestions I found from Google Searching the issue, but very few results pop up and those that did didn't fix the problem. One Troubleshoot method I found on github (Which I lost the link to unfortunately!) stated that if the system continues to boot like nothing happen. Ensure you are connected Internet and try to update your system by clicking on System Update in your System's Settings which I did. But still, it didn't fix the problem and nothing else worked either.

As a last resort, I thought I would ask you lovely folks here at GBATemp if you know what the problem might be and how I would solve it?

Some facts about my 2DS and SD Card that might come in handy:
All necessary files for the Frogminer Method are up to date.
The System Settings does show 11.9.0.42E as it's Firmware Version.
Homebrew is being launched via the Steelminer Method.
FrogTool boots into (JPN) Flipnote just fine, same goes for the B9STool.

Hopefully this is enough information to diagnose the problem if not, let me know and I will provide whatever information you should need. Thank you for your time.

Yes I did. It responds "Installing 4/4 Mbs... DO NOT POWER OFF!....... Done"

You are using a b9sTool that is over a year out of date.

What's the difference between the two? The first one appears to have more steps involving seedminer and bruteforce. Is that step no longer necessary?

One of them is written by the actual developer of frogminer, the other is not.

If you have your movable.sed, ignore that part.
Jisagi's guide just has both parts (Steelminer & Frogminer) separated for ease. So since you're on Frogminer, just do https://jisagi.github.io/FrogminerGuide/

Unfortunately no. I haven't really touched it since. But I'm thinking I might have to load up another movable.sed. Perhaps it's possible to corrupt the file?

if you actually mean one that plays 3ds games from a flashcard. simply. dont. its a huge waste of money. if ya mean a cfw ntrboot card. use 3ds gold plus.

I finally got it working a few days ago. I had a cheap crappy 64 gig card that couldn't format to FAT32. Well that's going in the trash.

you use guiformat or just what your pc had for formatting?

Just standard windows format tool. My 64GB card could only format to exFat when the CFW requires FAT32. I tried the steps with a different card, and it worked.
