I've already did that, couldn't find anything.
I searched through the stiings menu but still nothing. I want this because i'm banned form SA:MP servers for having a car mod active. I hope my external IP will change by this... If not: any other idea to change IP? (I have a static IP so unplugging won't help)

Changing your mac will simply kill your internet connection. Your XS4all account is locked on MAC address of your router. That way your provider in essence forces you to use the router they want. So aside from killing your internet connection, nothing will happen. You will still have your static IP. The only thing you could try is calling XS4all and ask them if they can change the IP for you. Now, if this will help you getting unbanned I dunno (as maybe they ban on username/account). And honestly, stop bumping your topic at the very least........
