Gaming freeware games that dont suck

alright, so I'm in a gamers club and I'm starting up the computer gaming department but until we get site licenses going, we need freeware games. the only game I can think of that'll be alright for the moment is America's Army. please list some good PC games that a are:
1. not crap
2. multi player

Americas Army I heard is pretty good.
It was actually made as a training program for the US Army but they released it as a free game.

Osu! is Elite Beat Agents (EBA is a DS rhythm game) clone for PC.
It has online multiplayer, leaderboards and custom songs.

Download Osu!
Also don't be put off by the pink logo.
This is quite fun and even has a Taiko Drum master mode. =D
