Hacking FreetheWads with Vista

Im new to the forums,

Im having trouble Loading up the Freethewads software with Vista

Can someone please help me?

Use the command prompt.

start -> run -> cmd (or the vista equiv)

Google for a dos tutorial.

havent heard of any installer.
heres a old fast tutoriol for others.

how to make a wad region free?

open the RUN option from your start menu...
type CMD in and hit enter....
a DOS like windows should pop up...
drag and drop the FREETHEWADS into the DOS LIKE CMD WINDOW
next hit space bar---> 1 TIME
now drag and drop the .WAD file you want to be region free into the DOS LIKE WINDOW and hit enter while the DOSLIKE WINDOW is your "active window" and it will declare the word
FREEEEEEEEEEEEDDOOOOOMMMMMM to confirm your region patch has worked

Ok ive managed to get the freethewad up on the command promt, I cant drag the wad file though

I use Vista Ultimate x64 bit edition. All I do is drag the wad to the free the wads exe or whatever it's called and drop them on it. Then install and they work. I don't have to use cmd at all.
