In short as long as you are not banned from CDN this will work.
Same applied for eXhop and various tools so that will be the case here.

Sick Nintendo has never banned anyone from CDN (except maybe the atmosphere guys) so im hoping things dont change. If this does in fact work while banned there is a nice juicy cert that has multiple titles in it floating around in the right places.

Find a version of CDNSP and use the Certificate.cert from that.

Sure this still covers you on the download part of things. And for people who have a ban like myself ... this tool is a godsend (especially if you are stupid and ever delete a title, advice nr1 ALWAYS ALWAYS archive.) this means we can still redownload them because for that there is no good legal way.

Keep in mind that Nintendo has actually upped their security levels quite a bit, while what you mentioned sounds nice.
It really is not that feasible just yet and the chances of it getting you banned is very real..

Nintendo checks if a cert of a certain game is online multiple times for example.

Using freeshop CDNSP, devmenu or SXOS is kinda a guaranteed ban anyways. Since NSP files began to be the new norm over XCI people have been getting banned left right and centre. User choice to make if they want to use this or not, you will most likley get banned using this.
