ROM Hack FreeShop Toturial?

I Am new to the 3dses and have no idea aboult the stuff you need to get freeshop so if someone can explain to me aboult how to get freeshop (I just got a 2ds yesterday) I put this in the 3ds section cuz i didnt see a 2ds one and they are basicly the same
