Hacking Freeshop Games after System tranfer

I'd like to change my new 3DS XL to a normal new 3DS. My current System is on 11.1 with a9hl and
latest luma. I have some games from freeshop installed.

Can I just buy a new 3DS, install a9hl with luma, do a system tranfer and tansfer all my games and save
savegames, even the non legit ones?

I don't think illegit CIA will transfer, however you can use savedatafiler and backup all your saves, then just inject them into the other 3ds with R+A (SD injection).

if you system transfer , before make a backup of the SD, then pass all the stuff again and it should work..
If not just install the games again , the save would work
... if not, backup with FBI or save data filer and use if no one of the above work XD (make de backup first)
