Hacking Freeshop equivalent?

I haven't checked in with the PSP scene for a good long time, and I guess it's probably kinda dead by now...

Anyway, on a certain ISO site there are links to PKG files straight from Sony's servers along with a program to decrypt them to ISO or EBOOT. Over in 3DS land we have a similar thing where dumped titlekeys allow us to download directly from Nintendo servers. We also have a homebrew (Freeshop) that we can install directly on the 3DS itself that allows us browse through these titlekeys and download and install without the need for a PC.

What I was wondering is, is there (or if not, could there be) a Freeshop equivalent for PSP?

Something like that exist but not for official games, only homebrew.

I figured there wasn't, but that perhaps by my bringing up the idea someone might decide it was worth following through. I imagine the downloading and file operations are trivial, I guess the decryption could be an issue though.
