Mhm...Crediar supports Pirates? I'm not so shure about that one

....although I think he made an USB-Loader in the early stages of Homebrew/Backups, right? Or was it someone other...

? That confuses me...

Anyways, looks good, but don't get me wrong, with so impressive loaders like WiiFlow, I'll wait until an Systemmenu like that will come, and with no "Beta" written on it. Currently, I even prefer the one from Nintendo over that one...I guess when cIOS rev14 is out, then other Replacements will also come...would be nice if Crediar would make some loading code (Wads, etc.) Open-Source, to speed the things up...

Well, I'm happy that we're on the next step, a new SM

Same here. I'll wait for some developments, and till that Beta is gone.
I would love to know where we would be in a year or so, all the possibilities!

I wanna install it but at the same time i dont wanna lose my preloader protection etc

You can probably have preloader installed with Freedom.

But would we even need preloader?
I don't think you could get banner bricks with this,

I still don't get why this needs to be a system menu replacement. Running this from a channel or as autoboot .dol from preloader should be working too and would be of universal use.

Just did a NAND backup and installed it.

I haven't played with many of the features yet, but Red Steel doesn't seem to work from the disk channel anymore. The first time I tried to play it, I got a code dump. The second and third time, it froze at a green screen. No big deal though, I can probably launch it with geckos. I also tried Twilight Princess and Brawl, they worked fine.

Overall this is pretty nice. I don't like the default theme so much, but I'm sure people will make better ones.

Okay some impressions.. Begee, I would make a video but really, it's nothing to see and I don't have any sensible means to make a video..

The installer kept resetting me back to HBC. After few tries a bunch of text flashed. Nowhere near to be readable that fast. Few reads and I noticed it said to press a to continue. Didn't work with Wiimote A so I hit the A on gamecube controller, in installed and booted Freedom.

Game loading from USB doesn't work, at least for me.. It displays all the games on the USB drive but trying to load them crashes the system. Channel loading works fine and Virtual Console games are separated by system and WiiWare and System titles are kept separate.

I haven't tried to media playback and don't have time right now.

I'm also going to wait for it to be out of beta, and also what happens to channels stored on the sd card to use with 4.0 can you launch them or what? and I spose I wouldnt need preloader if i use this XD I just love my preloader
