Nordic Racing is free on Steam via Gleam.io giveaway. Only 5000 keys is being given away so make sure to claim it as soon as you're able to.
Notes:
  • For Freecash task you can visit the website and go back to giveaway page and enter e.g. $0.25 as a welcome reward you've received, no need to sign up at all (unless interested, of course).
  • For vLootRewards task, even though it says you can get additional key, I haven't found one. Just visit the website and it'll be considered as finished.

Apologies and thanks to Blythe93 for posting these deals first.
It doesn't hurt to repost for extra visibility from time to time so ho harm done. ^^

My brain just skimmed right over the first line though. Inline links are going to be the death of me.
Hehehe I try to make my posts somewhat presentable. :D

Also, Evoland 2 & Out There - Omega Edition are free on Epic Games Mobile. Here's the instant checkout link for both iOS and Android versions of the game.

You really are doing a god's work in this thread. Thank you.

You're most welcome. ^^ I'm not sure when I've started claiming all those free games and stuff, maybe sometime in 2021? Few months or so later I've joined GBATemp in order to get some help with the Wii U console I've purchased. Shortly after that, I've noticed that there was a free games thread here and I continued to post whatever I could find for others to claim as well. Back then it felt like I was doing my part for the community here which I've grown to like and have fun with. I'll definitely do it for a foreseeable future. ^^

Call of Fries is free on IndieGala.

EDIT #1 (NEW!):
I haven't personally tested this but, if you own Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on PS, XBOX, Steam or Battle.net, log into your account and redeem the following code:

in order to unlock the following:

buncha free shiz on Steam:

While I appreciate the effort, isn't this thread more intended for games that are temporarily free?

Pathologic 3: Quarantine - Prologue/Demo that's permanently free
Assemble Ensemble - Free to play, no obvious intent to monetize it in the future
Vollema - Free to play, no obviousintent to monetize it in the future
Bibbidiba fan game - Free to play, no obvious intent to monetize it in the future
MLB Rivals - Free to play title
Animal Adventure - Free to play, no obvious intent to monetize it in the future
Clockwork Sword - permanently free, as per steam page
Remanence - permanently free, student project
Midnight at the Disco - Free to play, no obvious intent to monetize it in the future
Pawns of War - Free to play, no obvious intent to monetize it in the future

While I appreciate the effort, isn't this thread more intended for games that are temporarily free?

That was the intent of the thread starter:
Since I haven't seen anything like it on this forum, I decided to start a thread where people can post links to the games that go free for a short period of time, be it straight from Steam or from other sites offering keys. I will be posting links to the ones I know of, so anyone who knows about other games being temporarily free and are for keeps rather than just free weekends or stuff like that can post a link.

I've been posting regarding the Free2Play Weekly videos that highlight the new free games released each week, with a focus on featuring the ones without monetization, and aren't demos/prologues. I figured it was sort of a "why not?" since it's a once-a-week post (if I stay on top of it), and just because a game is "permanently" free instead of a temporary sale doesn't mean it's a bad game. I can cut back or stop if people find it annoying.

But yeah, posting random permanently free/f2p games from Steam could crowd the thread. Steamdb lists 50,773 results for games costing $0, and Steam itself finds 11716 matches. The SteamDB list is helpfully sorted by rating, so it could reveal some good free games one hasn't heard of before.

Those three were not claimable, fyi.
First two still appear as claimable to me.

As for the third one - yep, it's download only now but it was definitely claimable the other day.

The thing with itch.io is that they have limited time offers that I more often than not see a bit too late. Therefore, the offers might expire by the time you check the post. ^^ Whenever the creators make those offers/sales, they usually set the time limit and which games are discounted. Time limits are usually short, one day to a week or so, rarely a month or two. From what I've seen anyway. ^^ To save you from additional clicks, I usually link to games instead to the offer pages. I could link to the offers, though, if that's what you guys would prefer?

If you'd like to check itch.io stuff more often, here's the Reddit thread that I check from time to time:
https://www.reddit.com/r/FreeGameFindings/comments/p0ik3q/itchio_mega_thread_10/

And it's not limited to games only, but books, comics, assets and whatnots.

Thanks for all the others. <3
For me, all three were claimable, allthough the first 2 were already posted a week ago, and I claimed them back then. Maybe you already own these from a week ago?
