Not sure if it's possible on mobile but someone on Reddit mentioned that you can go to https://store.steampowered.com/ and paste javascript:AddFreeLicense(1236122) into URL afterwards. Otherwise, if you can open up the web developer tools and paste the same code into the console, that should work as well.
