Homebrew Freakyhax troubleshooting: system restarts

If the *hax payload launches and it then crashes, that suggests either that it's the wrong version for your console (make sure your otherapp.bin is the version corresponding to your system version, if you're 11.0.0-33u in the system menu you'll need old11.0.0-33u exactly), or that boot.3dsx is missing, which should be on the root of your SD card.

That's exactly what everyone has said. From my personal experience the issue is almost always having the incorrect region. I don't know why but even when I think I change the region, it seems to reset to E before I click download, causing me to change it to U again.

I have done all this, most still in it. I said this to a friend who is technical , he said it would only how to solve this problem with hardmod . it proceeds ?
