Hacking Fraud by Gateway 3DS.

Came in 2015 and all the promises gateway expired
they have not released firmware 9.2 support.
Everything that they said through [email protected] complete lie.
They do not even updated website news on the Christmas and New Year,
thus indicating a complete lack of respect for their fans and customers.

Who are also feeling that they were deceived by gateway write here.

I agree, I see no reason for GW to use terms like "soon" and "a few days". If they know it'll take several weeks, they should just say that.

People just don't understand and they think ALL competition is a good thing.
It ONLY is when it is TRUE competition.
This delay is not unexpected (by me). Gateway spends more time and effort trying to hide their exploits than they do creating those exploits.
MT card released "their" update pretty quickly (this time around) and that must have surprised Gateway. So they will spend more time trying to hide their next update.
For those that think GateWay will wait for North American/European N3DS releases, they do not have to worry since the current exploit is closed in newer firmware. Unless GateWay discovers something new and do not want to alert Nintendo.

Also Gateway did what they needed to do. They effectively froze a lot of people from opting for their "competitors" right before the Holidays.

They never, ever promised or confirmed a date purely to stop little shits crying foul over it if they didn't meet it. Thats why it has always been a vague date, not a promise.

They aren't fraudulent in my opinion, but the way they are handling things this time round is very much unlike Gateway. Too many ambiguous time frames were given.

They were targeting Christmas, then "before New Year" , then "Around New Year". I understand they weren't able to meet the first 2 targets, but from their mails it seemed they were pretty confident with the before or Around New Year time frames. Around New Year time frame is also about to end and still no news. Hope they get their act together and release it today or possibly tomorrow.

Its not released yet.
They released a video on multi-rom support but that wasn't released for a while.

As pointed out above - there are no confirmations by the Gateway team on when they'd release.
There are some vague email responses which state that there is a desire to release before a certain date (Christmas/New Years) - but neither do we have proof that these are real in the first place nor are these valid and official responses.

Are they slow? Sure... Would it have been nice if they'd been faster? Definitely!
However they have not done anything along the trends you make out.

Don't want to wait? Get a SKY3DS.

Release will be done when done.
