Emulation Framerate help

hello I've just started using cemu with cemu hook and haven't gotten a particularly good fps (under 10 FPS)
Thanks for any help

Specs
AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad Core processor
4GB DDR3 Ram
1 TB HDD
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (not sure on specifics)
Cemu 1.9.1
CemuHook 0.5.3.2

4GB may not be enough. But 4Gb of DDR3...

I believe it is DDR3 but i'm not certain
my PC was built by someone else for themselves (and i got it when they got a new one)
