When I downloaded Netflix for Wii U from Myrinet, I saw the files tmd.176 and tmd.192. What should I do with them?

These are in no-intro format. You can try nusspli, which has experimental support for nointro dumps, iirc.
It is a complete dump from what is in the cdn, so the tmd file is versioned, choose the one with the higher number.

I just added the no-intro dump to my SD card but when I tried to install it via NUSspli I just see an empty folder.
