This has been once documented by MrMario2011 so this isn't anything new. But for those who haven't seen his video, it's a crude, yet, obscure dub of Resident Evil 4 translated to Arabic. The dialogue was recorded by one person with a cheap microphone who didn't properly adjust the levels, when you die it plays a verse from the Quran, voice lines switch between Arabic and Spanish so it could be presumed that half of it was done on a whim.
I'm glad this has been preserved regardless if it's considered piracy or not to your point of view. Preserving bootleg modifications like this shows how far ROM hacks have progressed.
