WIIU USERS - These forwarders won't install properly for you.
Abdallahterro has a Clouds v15 forwarder in his pack but you must install Fix94's first then use a wad manager to install the Clouds forwarder. I hope to update all of these in the near future so you can install them all in the same way as the Clouds forwarder.

Do not delect you forwarder with Fix94's after that install the Cloud forwarder.

No problem for me now to start the Channel.

Hmm if I launch WiiFlow with the Alternative version (by Fix94) channel forwarder I end up with WiiFlow running but with no text, it´s all blank.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I prefere this version over the official one.

somebody then did not properly mod the forwarder obviously, if you have some wad extractor and a hex editor you can just edit its tmd, go to 0x1D8 and change the next 4 bytes to 0x00 00 00 03, save it and repack the wad.

Okay, I´m not familiar with hex editing but I´ll give it a shot!

Nevermind, don´t want to screw anything up, I will choose the official one instead even though it´s not as pretty :).

A forwarder points to a homebrew app on a SD card for example. Instead of installing a new WAD everytime there a update, you install a forwarder once, then update the homebrew on the SD card instead.

The nand on the Wii or vWii should not be written to if you can avoid it. Using forwarders at least minmizes it.

Hi
On wiiflow and plugins
Is "WiiFlowLoaderChannel v2 - WIIH.wad" is compatible with the vWii mode?

Or should I replace the file with the one of 00000001.app tiny-vwii-nand-loader

The ratio problem is caused by the TitleID.
If they are using TitleID used by VC games, it will put the ratio to 4:3.
Only the first letter determines the aspect ration. (HBC is using LULZ -> L is for Sega Master System Virtual Console, It has the ratio set to 4:3 -- USBLoaderGX is UNEO, U is not used and doesn't have the problem)

This thread is only replacing the forwarder's Wii NAND loader to work on vWii, without changing the forwarder's code, so they probably don't have the aspect ratio fixer in their code which wasn't needed on Wii.

HBC is not mandatory, you can go directly from a forwarder channel to the homebrew you want to launch.

System menu -> Channel LULZ "The Homebrew Channel" -> 4:3 -> Tueidj aspect ration fixer -> 16:9 -> HBC -> Homebrew
System menu -> Channel GHBC "The Homebrew Channel Forwarder" from joostinOnline -> 16:9 -> HBC -> Homebrew
System menu -> Channel UNEO "USBLoaderGX forwarder" -> 16:9 -> homebrew
System menu -> Channel from this thread -> 16:9 ! -> homebrew

If the forwarder's ID starts with one of these letter E, F, J, L, M, N, P, Q and maybe X, use a Wad editor to change the TitleID, and it will launch in 16:9, without the need to go to HBC.

i checked all the foewarders i downloaded none of them have any of them letters at beginning so they should be right.

also wad manager 1.7 is ok to use with vwii?
