Homebrew Forwarder 3DS won't open

I bought a 2DS that came hacked already and the girl who sold it to me was kind enough to download a bunch from a list of games I wanted because I really don't know much about hacking and emulating. Now I want to download more games. She linked me to a video and said that that's the tutorial she used and that the apps I needed for it were already installed in my DS. I watched the entire video and I kinda got the gist of it; download the rom, use the program to change the file to .CIA, load it in the microSD card and then open it. But I can't even open the program. I downloaded Java which was apparently needed. I made sure it was the correct 64bit Windows version but it just will not run the application. Please help. I will link the video she gave me.

(It's in spanish, sorry. However the guy in the video shows what he's doing.)

TL;DR: Java won't open Forwarder3DS. Tried both on Mac and Windows.

You need to install 3DS game not use a forwarder, forwarder only apply to DS games not 3DS.

thank you i will try that for 3d games but i also wanted some nds ones. my problem is that the program won't even open
