Hacking Format system after dsiware

Hi if I use dsiware to hack my 3ds (11.4) and format the system after that to create a new NNID, but will I lose CFW because of the system format?

A system format will not remove Luma3DS or B9S. In other words, a system format is completely safe with CFW installed.

It's recommended that when performing a system format, you remove the SD card beforehand.

Do note that if FBI is installed on the SD card (which it is most of the time), it will be lost when reformatting. You can reinject FBI into Health & Safety using GodMode9, then reinstall the CIA afterwards.

Or you can just reinstall fbi.cia from fbi.3dsx
