Hacking format nand without gamecube pad?

hi all,

Its been a long time since I have done any wii mods, i have been given a wii which has bootmii installed as boot2. the system boots bootmii but the homebrew channel wont load through it.

It hasnt come with and nand dumps. I can run comex's nand formatter but dont have a gamecube controller to select the setting.txt from SD.

Is there another tool that doesnt require the GC pad? or any other workaround?

I have the keys but the nand dump is corrupt.
