Do some games only work in FAT32? I had a usb flash drive previously. I had some games not work on that though so I got an external drive and formatted it NTFS so I clould include games larger than 4GB. But only some games are showing up. Games that I know work from the FAT32 flash drive are not appearing in usb loader gx using NTFS.

You can split large wii games into 4gb chunks using wii backup manager or other tools so that you can play super large games off a fat32 hdd.

Ntfs should work pretty much the same as fat32 assuming you're running the latest cios and usb loaders. Ntfs at one point was risky writing to but reading was always pretty stable. Some things like the hbc or neek require fat32, so fat32 is still recommended overall.

Apps can be loaded off an ntfs hdd using more recent forwarder channels btw, but as I mentioned earlier it won't work with the hbc (or without also using an SD card, or other work around)
