I have a PSTV on 3.65 and wehenever I tried to connect it to either qcma or Final H-encore. It would say I would need to update. The guide says I need to use certain DNS settings, but even with those settings, it would still ask me to update.

I tried reformatting my PSTV but things seemed to get worse. PSTV no longer sees my computer. It won't show up on either qcma or Final H-encore. I don't know if there is some settings on my PSTV or computer that I messed with but I can no longer connect to it.

At this point, it may not be worth it to fix since 6.69/6.70 support is coming soon, but I would really like use enso and I'm not sure if moduro will be supported on 3.69/3.70.

Have you tried installing Sony Content manager to establish a connection, once done if you then disable it in the taskbar and load up QCMA you should then be able to connect.

Try ps vita update blocker to stop the software update request; wololo has a decent guide.
