I'm a noob too, but whenever you see the words "Don't use a pirated DS game for Haxchi or else your Wii U gets bricked" you MIGHT think "how do i pirate a ds game if i dont have cfw ", you CAN pirate using mocha CFW, so yeah. don't pirate DS games for use with Haxchi via Mocha CFW.

Your premise is false - it's the dumb user + CBHC combo that causes bricks, not dumb user + Haxchi
