First of all, why the hell would you start 3 different topics to ask the same question except for different games?
Second, would it kill you to do a 20 second google search? This information is readily available.
And third, if you want to play Super Mario The Lost Levels you can buy it on the eshop as a virtual console title. Emulation is also a possibility.
Donald in Maui Mallard does not have a 3DS release, physically or as a vc title, so your only option is emulation.
As for the Power Rangers game, if you're referring to the original SNES game then you're out of luck, the only option is emulation. There is however Power Rangers Megaforce which is a 3ds game.
As a final note, I suggest you delete your other two posts before a mod gets mad at you.
