Looks good and sounds awesome, love the music.
Seems to be a must for retro style games lovers.
It's recieved all positive critics. I'll buy it, it seems to be a good game and it's made by Renegade Kid, I'm always wanting to give them support, maybe they'll eventually make Dementium III for the 3DS at some point in this decade.
It looks nice, and I think I'll get it too, but I really dislike the way the foreground can block the background when you're in the background. Overall it looks like a lot of fun though, and worth the five or ten bucks it'll cost.
It was going to be a retail title for the DS, then it was going to be a DSiWare title, now it's a 3DS eShop game
I can see this being the best of the eShop for a while.
Btw,
Best eShop Game
- Pure Nintendo
"Portable gaming just doesnt get any better
than Mutant Mudds."
- Andreas Asimakis, Games Abyss
"A landmark title for the 3DS eShop, the 3DS as a system, and the next generation of video game devices as a whole."
- Austin McLaughlin, Nintendo Everything
"Mutant Mudds is everything a platformer fan
could ask for."
- Corbie Dillard, Nintendo Life
"This game feels great."
- Neal Ronaghan, Nintendo World Report
"A 3DS eShop title that is definitely on my radar."
- Justin Berube, Ripten
"There's a lot of Nintendo love in here."
- Tony Ponce, Destructoid
"Easily one of the most enjoyable titles I had the
opportunity to play at the E3 show."
- Corbie Dillard, Nintendo Life

I don't normally trust critics from places such as Nintendo Life, Nintendo World Report, Sony Magazine, Microsoft Fans Unite or whatever since they can be a bit biased towards their respective companies.
This isn't a Nintendo-developed game. It's Renegade Kid. Nintendo Everything is pretty unbiased from what i've seen. They had scathing criticism for the MGS3 port on 3DS after playing it at E3.
