Hacking Folder on R4 card isn't working

My R4 card wont let me go into my DS folder which is bad it looks like this:

If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated

You can't open the DS-folder, because it isn't a folder.
It is a file.

If you want a folder instead of a file you should delete the file and create a folder.

If it used to be a folder it looks like it has somehow become corrupted. Does the DS still read it as a folder?

It used to be a folder with quite a lot of DS games in it but after I scanned and fixed the R4 card (there were other problems with it) it changed into a file and there is where I'm stumped
