Im looking for information on flashcarts and fully updated n3DS System,
Ive been looking into getting a DSTWO card and want to know if I can be banned for using a flashcard for DS games?

No. You wont get banned from using a ds flashcart. The only thing getting people banned atm is playing 3ds roms online with public headers.

If you're after a flashcart to play 3DS games as well sky3ds is your only option.

Yes. Mine works perfectly on 9.9.
