Hacking Flashcart corrupts my SD Card (HELP)

I have this 4GB legit SD card that isnt corrupted, I use it for my flashcart and whenever I put the SD card into my reader, it shows a bunch a gibberish files and folders like this, and I also cant transfer files.

I tested this on my other devices (including my 3ds) and it works perfectly fine after i format it, but I just wanna use it with my flashcart

The flashcart I'm using is a R4iSDHC Gold Pro

This is what my SD Card looks like

Copy everything off your SD card, reformat it as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size, and while it's empty, run a Full Write + Verify Test using H2testw.

If your card fails that test, it's a fake.
