Fixing windows 10 laptop.

So i had really bad luck and when i was updating windows 10 on laptop i think that my battery died and when i restarted laptop it couldnt boot because it was missing some file, then i panicked and without really thinking i chosen to restart the thing to original settings with files and then it was restarting to original settings and started installing windows but when it got to 95% it returned to 88% and it's stuck like that for a long time eventually i decided to turn off the thing by holding the power button but it just got back to 88% screen.
I have the install disk to deskop but this laptop doesn't have disc drive and i don't think that i can connect one ( i don't have one).

I need this laptop working back fast.
Any ideas? I can give answers if it's needed.

You can flash the install iso to a USB flash drive and boot from it or also use this chance to install linux

Oh my god! It's a miracle!

I don't know how and why but i left the thing for the night and when i got back up it still was on 88% but after maybe 10 minutes it finished itself and started working! I will have to reinstall some stuff and get it back to current version but otherwise it's good.

I am so happy!

Percentage bars are generally liars.

What more likely happened was it was restoring a big directory and until it was finished it would leave it at a given percentage.
