As the title (and read the article) mr.gas found a way to decrypt PSV savedata... he said also that at the moment he cant able to re-encrypt save back to Vita, but if he found a way to do it, we can expect finally a new userland native Vita Exploit? Or at least we can modify/cheat savedata, like a 9999 money in certain games? ^^

For now nothing is possible because no way to re-encrypt back the save to Vita's, i only ask what can be possible once the re-encrypt become real
