No online? Are they serious? When the half of all Trackmania games are based on online?

I had to uninstall TM:NU anyways because every time I tried loading it it did absolutely nothing. Just opened a window on top of my desktop and shown my desktop in that window (if that makes any sense).

Seriously... this looks way too good to be a DS game. To me, it looks like a video of me playing the PC version of Trackmania Nations (albeit I'm really crap at it). If it's actually real, I better have a ventilating machine nearby to help me breathe.

That video is clearly fake...

There is no way the DS graphics could be made to be that good.

Or that similar to TM Nations...

They wouldn't just port it like that anyway.

I doubt it's fake really, just look at the screenshots, and even in the video the compression's visible - the textures are lower res and the track pieces lower poly and just look at the shadow, clearly DS. Anyway the Stadium tracks do have a reason to look good, there's pretty much no other scenery than the track which allows the developers to focus on it and make it look good. Similar goes for the desert and rally but rally does have some cliffs and that kind of stuff that doesn't look too good, pretty blocky, weird shading and lowres textures. It is DS, when handled well.

DAMN that is pretty. Will the be collision detection added at any point? Never really played Track Mania. And when i did, it was just single-car time-trials, so i don't know if there's collision detection or not in the real game.
