I get an error on initializing network, please wait... ERROR! (ret = -116)
Press any button to restart...

Ive tried 3 times, anyone else have this issue. Im connected to the net via ethernet so it cant be the network.

ME TOO! whats with this error im getting it with both ios downgrader and IOS60 installer.

Delete the internet settings in the settings , then add them again. It will work then, sorry for the false alarm.
