Well, if you want to try System Menu 4.0, this is the safest way. IOS60 is Trucha-Patched, and that means you CAN install cIOS AFTER the update. In other words, even if you install v4.0X with this and didn't have a cIOS installed, you can install it after, meaning, you can then downgrade with Waninkoko's tools.
At least, that's what I got from Waninkoko.
--EDIT:--
I'm getting back to v3.2E now, but once cIOSCORP is updated then v4.0X will 'probably' be the new v3.2X. After all, it will have Trucha bugs, cIOSCORP and all the new features.
doesn't this need IOS249 to run ?
obviouly you already need a "signature bug free" IOS loaded for this application
Probably. I have the most recent cIOS rev8 installed before hand so I don't really know. What I do know is this: If you uninstall cIOS with this v4.0X you can install it afterwards.
If you want to test it the safe way: before installing this uninstall the current cIOS and install rev7. After that, update and then run the rev8 installer. It will install, which means this v4.0 IOS are signature-less.

He added Trucha bugs to the v4.0X IOS. That's what he said, that's what he did. No, he didn't make a v4.0 that run backups (At least, not yet), he just gave you a 'safe' v4.0X, that you can install WADs, cIOS and Downgrade for sure. That's Trucha...
