Originally I have installed reinx on my switch but because it takes a lot of time until reinx gets updated, I tried to switch to atmosphere. Probably it wasn't the best choice to start with the Reinx at all. So I followed all the instructions from Switch Homebrew Guide, until I managed to install atmosphere on my switch. Launched it and updated to 9.1.0 (from 8.1.0) as well. Everything works great but a lot of my games needed redownload and they were not installed at all. (I changed SD cards From Reinx to Atmosphere just to do a clean install). So I have one SD card with Atmosphere installed and one with Reinx.
In Reinx in the main root of the SD card was a folder called Nintendo, that was not present on the Atmosphere one. I guess all the data and games were installed on this folder, So now I wonder, should I copy this Nintendo Folder from the root of the Reinx's directory to the root of the Atmosphere, and will the switch instantly see that the games are installed or I will have to install them again?
