Could someone, please, tell me what is the firmware version of:

1) Crimson Red\Blue Nintendo 2DS - REFURBISHED from Nintendo Store (60$)
2) Crimson Red Nintendo 2DS + Mario Kart 7 from Nintendo Store (80$)
3) Crimson Red\Blue 2 with Mario Kart™ 7 from BestBuy (80$)

Is there any chance that some of this consoles (like on the pictures below) will have 11.3?



Is there else stores where I can buy 2DS for 60-80$ except BestBuy\Nintendo Store\GameStop?

Nintendo store, very unlikely (assuming it's really new).

I wanted buy refurbished 2ds on ebay.de,asked them what firmware it has.11.3 every single one unless i buy brand new

go to a pawn shop they let you test and see what firm is on the device before you pay, I got mine from a pawn shop next door.
