IF TheFlow releases 3.57 kernel exploit, Can I run VHBL on v3.57 + US account ?
I mean, Will there be VHBL (userland exploit) for those on US account when 3.57 kernel exploit release? (now only for EU & JP account)

VHBL works on 3.57 up to the latest firmware, even without a kernel exploit. However, to put VHBL onto your Vita, you will need to either purchase Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops+ or instead, find another Vita on 3.00 to 3.52 and make a CMA backup for VHBL that can be transferred to the 3.57+ Vita.

Then hack the exploitable firmware vita with a vhbl bubble, and follow http://hackinformer.com/PlayStationGuide/PSV/tutorials/how_to_registryhack_contentid.html to make the backup unrestricted. Finally, transfer it back to the 3.60 vita.
