ROM Hack Fire Emblem IF patch 2.2 with HANS and legit game?

Is it possible to use the patch with HANS and the cart? I have a 9.2 3ds but my friend bought the game and is able to play it using Tubehax on her 10.1 new3ds and I was wondering if it's possible for her to play the translation.

If you're on 9.2, why are you even using HANS in the first place? there are several other options for you to play that patch if you're on 9.2

You only saw half of my post bro. My friend bought the game and she's using Tubehax on her 3ds which is updated. My question is if she can use HANS to play the legit game with the patch.

Really now? I had no idea that it was down at all. Well, nontheless the question still stands, given the choice of a new method later on or tubehax coming back on.

Yup , it's possible but i can't give you a guide on how to make the romfs.bin though since i never used HANS as of myself.
