Will I get banned from using undub in wifi battle or any internet related stuff?

My downloaded DLC is dubbed...Are there any undubbed DLC?

Yeah, undubs can be safely played online.
As for undubbed DLC, we're not allowed to say where to find that here. You could probably just Google it and it'll be relatively easy to find.
