Gaming Fire Emblem: Echoes. (Eternal 3DS loading screen)

Hey guys;

So ive been trying to make Fire Emblem Shadows of Valentia work, but eveytime I face the same issue. Once I start the game, the 3DS loading screen never ends. I have downloaded the game from a couple of places and also from the freeshop, even different regions. In each case, the same happens.

I have RXtools, FBI (latest version) and Freeshop (latest also).

Can anyone help me?

have you tried downloading it from the eShop? did that work? jk
I think you should update to the latest Luma
