Final Fantsy VIII "Classes"?

    So me and a friend of mine were thinking about assigning a "Class" to each character.
    For example, making Squall a Dark Knight by junctioning him with Dark magic and what not.
    And Selphie would probably be a White Mage/Summoner.

    Any ideas for the other characters or what we could do with the Dark Knight/WhiteMage/Summoner?

    That was kind-of the idea behind GF skills. I mean, optimally you'd just max out every GF at the beginning of the game and roll everyone.. but typically you'd do like Ifrit w/ STR buffs = Knight, Siren/Carbuncle = WhiteMage, Quetzacotl (or whatever) with summon magic +10,20,30 for Summoner. Doomtrain/Diablos would be good for Dark Knight.

    Hm, alright. I think I may take another crack at the game tonight. It's been awhile...though Final Fantasy VII has been beckoning to me to finish it. >.>

    If you intend to do that then play FFXII International Zodiac Job System...it would suit your party allocation much better.
