Gaming Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core Undub

I believe someone out there managed to undub FF7:CC. I've googled it and found torrents for the undubbed iso, but I'm not too fond of having to deal with lack of seeders and the large file size. Does anyone know if just the patch itself was ever made available? I own the US version of the game on UMD; a patch is really all I need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
