You should go back to OFW and then proceed to install 6.60 PRO

Could not tell you if it buggy can not see the future now if you mean PRO-C2 yes the official release has a PNS PS1 bug

Can anyone use CFWCheat on PPSSPP 0.9.8 ?
I put this cheat in the NPJH50443.ini in ppsspp\memstick\PSP\Cheats. Then i enabled cheats in the game but it didn't work at all.

I have been using PRO-C fix 3 for two years and I haven't yet experienced any bug when running PSP and PSN games. Any game I hung around with worked flawlessly

Well, we can dual boot PRO & ME, if I'm not mistaken ME has better compatibility with PS1's game (PSN & PS1 converted)

As stated before, there are no current plans to fix the issue of save menu dialogue displaying in Japanese, as the menu is still completely functional. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

The Japanese save/load menu dialog is mostly likely due to the PSP recognizing that the it is a Japanese game ISO. It would be very difficult to change since it has very little to do with the English patch.

To Clarify what I mean PSN PS1 games will not even boot on C2 they will kick you back to XMB with error

OK. After digging around, the problem is solved. I just need to modify
C0 Demo rewards into C1 Demo rewards (C0 means de-active, C1 means active). Just do this for all of the cheat.
Then you need to go to PPSSPP setting -> system -> turn on Enable networking/WLAN (the game will be crash if you don't).
For the Costume, after you obtain them, you can't change them right away. You need to enable cheat -> load the game -> stop in the Main Menu(before you load your save) -> disable cheat -> load your save -> change into another costume -> save the game. And there you go, you can access the costume in your next play without enabling cheat.

So, I think I may be doing something wrong, i.e. not leveling up enough or training, because I'm in the Torgeoth Fortress mission, and my team is dropping like flies. At times it gets so chaotic that I don't realize one of my characters is low on HP until they die. I have a Pheonix Down, but unfortunately, I'm not sure how to use it. The description says it revives a single fallen party member, but when I leave a fallen member out and select the Pheonix Down, the cursor points to all the party members and I still can't use it.
