I dont have much space on my sdcard so while looking up I found that files9 uses a lot of space specifically the 7 files in it that I took a picture of. They were used to downgrade my o3ds a while ago and are using a lot of space aprox 1.38 gb but Im not sure if its safe to delete them just to get more space to install games.
I'm fairly confident that you can delete the cia files. I'd move them to your PC and start the 3DS to see if it runs without them to be 100% sure - I don't wanna contribute to a brick
