ROM Hack File is white and corrupted

So im new to hacking the 3ds, i followed the 3DS Hacks Guide and everything worked good. Then i tried to instal TWloader, and i got a white file (no information when i click on it) it just says when i try to move it, that i can't move the system to a folder.
I don't think it's because TWLoader, i don't really know what it is but it's not in program list, so i don't know what it is. It's not a huge problem, but i want it to be gone, i don't want any more to show up.

I think that's just the icon that represents the physical game card inserted in the 3DS. That's what mine looks like when I don't have a game inserted, with the same message when I try to move it to a folder.

Not sure about TWLoader not installing correctly (does it show up in FBI -> Titles?), but AFAIK people use TWiLight Menu++ now so maybe you'll have better luck with that: https://gbatemp.net/threads/ds-i-3d...-ds-i-games-and-ds-i-menu-replacement.472200/

i removed twloader from the system settings, so that's not a problem anymore. I did instal the twilight menu because twloader crashes.
I don't have a game card inserted, i thought i did something wrong but not apparently. Thank you that makes me feel better
