Gaming FIFA 10 v Pro Evolution Soccer 2010

Hey Guys!

I have Fifa 10 for my Nintendo Wii and have had it for months now, but I am wondering which title is better, FIFA 10 or PES2010.

The thing I hate most about FIFA 10 is the set piece flicking, it is CRAP.

Does Pro Evolution have normal set piece taking which is featured on the other console titles for FIFA 10, where you aim and shoot yourself instead of flicking?

The free-kicks in PES are pretty awesome and better than in the HD versions. You can aim yourself where the ball has to go, curl it, shoot under the wall or do a knuckle ball.
PES 2010 is a must-have for every soccer fan!

I went off the review off IGN saying that not much difference between pes 09 and 10 just updated graphics on shirts and some other very small cosmetics, that why I didnt bother it

This shouldn't even be a question IMHO, PES 2010 (or 2009 for that matter) >>>>>>>>>>>>> any other soccer game on any other platform.
Honestly, PES Wii is just the best soccer game out there, even beats the much better looking football games on PS360.

PES 2010 all the way, trust me, it's so much better then Fifa.

Also, if you mean by set piece taking (could u explain it better?) if you can shoot by aiming yourself to the goal, then yes, PES Wii has it.
You can aim with the Wiimote to where you want the ball, and if you press B, the player will shoot it there.
You can also just shake the Nunchuck, and then the player will shoot the way he wants it.

That's the beauty of it! PES has indeed quite difficult controls, but it also has an excellent boot camp, with very detailed instructions on how to play the game. I had so much fun doing that boot camp, learning the game and mastering it.

PES 2008 is better than any Wii football game, each PES is better than the last so that tells you something. After PES 2008 I could not play any other footy game on any other console, the pointer system just seems the best way to play for me now and any other way is just backwards.

FIFA 10 isn't even the best FIFA game on the Wii.

Yes, never tried it though.
But I doubt you'll want that, when you get the hang of the Playmaker controls (Wiimote + Nunchuck), you'll never want something else
