Gaming FFVII Can't change disks

So I've just completed Disk 1 of Final Fantasy & on my PSP, I downloaded the PSX iso and converted it with PSX2PSP and it worked great however when Aeries died and it prompted me to change the Disk I copied the convert of Disk 2 I had waiting around on my PC to my PSP and no save file, I've just sunk 20 hours into a game and I might not be able to continue it.
The ID is SCUS94163

Anyone have any idea how I can continue with my game

There is an option that converts multiple disc into one eboot to use, select all three disc than convert and hit the menu in the psp and select change disc.

make all disc with the SAME SAVE ID
or just BUY the game off the PSN
or make a multi-disc eboot
