LOL i was in florida for nine days and i have...uh...52 hours in? =)

The quest name is: "Of Kupos and Cannons" and it doesn't actually have and pre-requisite quests. I think you'd just have to get up to ~level 20 (it's rank 22) and get up to the aerodrome.

haha and btw i'm not as good as my brother. hes got almost 290 i think, and hes got all of the scions, and his party is in the 80's. i think his assassin just hit 91 lol. maxed almost all of the abilities for most of his units.
