Hacking Few Questions regarding Emunand and Sysnand.

Got a few questions:

1. Why do some games only install in minipasta? While some install without it?
   
   
2. Why do some games only appear on SYSNAND boot? (rxtools)
   
   
3. How do I see every app on my home menu without having to go to rxtools and boot to SYSNAND everytime?
   
   
4. How do I install a CIA both to SYSNAND and Emunand?

(A step by step detailed direction would help vastly!) Thank you!

If I understand correctly, to install to SYSNAND you have to boot via Minipasta and to install emunand you install via FBI?
