Hacking Few question about Nintendo ID

Okay planning to give my wii u modded to my brother it has 45 games installed already through wup installer.

Question #1 If he erases Nintendo ID can the games be recovered through signing back in or do they need to be reinstalled?
Question #2 can he change the Nintendo ID name to something else?

1. Do you have CBHC or Haxchi installed?
2. If yes, don't remove NNID. CBHC = Brick, Haxchi = dead game
3. If no safely unlink your NNID and use CFW to play your games [Mocha CFW WITH REDNAND OPTION SET TO OFF]

I think it may be easier to just leave the NNID and account there, he can still make another account and sign in with his own NNID.

Yeah probably best but if the games were on a HDD you could unplug it uninstall cbhc delete the nnid and buy it again on his nnid and re install cbhc
