I think it's the same as the parent. For example, Forrest's real hair would copy Leo's hair color. The only one without a real hair color is Kana.

But Azama's hair isn't pink like Mitama's default hair color is.

I would just use default Corrins hair, as they seem to use that color on kana for the 4koma book.

But Xander and Seigbert are the same, Jakob and Dwyer are the same, Ryoma and Shiro are the same, and Midori and Kaze are the same, just to name a couple.

I don't think that should matter, it all comes down to the player really and how they choose the parents for the 2nd gen. so whatever the DLC or official artwork was used, to just use that

Like i said, Selkie and Mitama DON'T have their default hair colors. Just copiying there parents...

Do you know what the child unit's default hair colors are (or at least the hair colors from Heirs of Fate)?

Yes but as Soralis pointed out, the link has Mitama and Selkie share Azama's and Kaden's hair colors as their hair colors hard-coded in the game, not from Heirs of Fate.

I forgot to also include Ignatius since his hair colour also does not source from Benny's

All characters, aside from Shiro, are completely 'parentless', this was done so the children's stats are relatively unbiased, although unfortunately they are unable to reclass. Why didn't I do this for Shiro? He can already change class over to Spear Master/Basara since they stem from his actual base class, but in doing so, he's locked out of Swordmaster,

Shiro/Forrest are prepromotes in the same vein as Gunter, they can both get to level 30. Shigure is as if he promoted at level 10, and as such, cannot get those extra levels without using eternal seals.

The Kana's are both considered 'avatar' characters, so uhm... do be aware of that.

Please, let me know if I need to fix anything.

Okay so... i think of a better idea... One last request, can you please make these children's Father weapons equipable ?

These are there normal data and by seeing HoF version, i think keeping the Original is better, just need weapons to be equipable... Sorry to bothering you with that.
